Approach and Areas of expertise
I approach my work
in a developmental, socially conscious, holistic and systemic way using the experience,
knowledge, skills, understanding and insights gained since 1994 working in the education, training and social development sectors. I facilitate
individual, team, organisational/institutional and community processes that
have learning, social justice and transformation at their core – towards the
improvement and transformation of organisations. I make this contribution in
all spheres of society – civil society (NGOs, CBOs, social movements), economic
(small and large businesses, corporate sector) and public sectors (Government
and Institutions of learning).
I work as an independent freelance consultant
and facilitator. I am an associate with Tamarind Tree Associates -www.tamarindtreeassociates.co.za
